My 5 issues for the CSM

These are the 5 issues I vow to address as your Eve CSM

1. Get CCP to address lag.
2. 2 work a better alternative to POS warfare.
3. Getting Titans back to their original idea of mobile outpost instead of giant I win buttons that they currently are
4. Promote more growth into 0.0 regions.
5. Fix lag, this issue is so bad, it needs to be mentioned twice
